2025 Elevate HER Scholarships

Congratulations to 2024-2025 Elevate Her Scholarship recipients Alisson Vargas-Nieto, Crystal Rodriguez & Isabel Soto-Reyes. In collaboration with Coastline ROP, Elevate Alliance Awarded (3) $1,000 "Elevate HER" Scholarships to 3 very deserving Senior High School Students during the Senior Student Showcase on April 30th, 2025.  Coastline ROP offers courses and programs in various fields for high school and adult students in Orange County.

Isabel Soto-Reyes
Isabel discovered her passion for global business through supply chain management, where she learned how goods, people, and economies stay connected. Her perspective is shaped by hands-on experience and travel across Latin America, giving her a strong global lens. She plans to pursue international business and build more efficient, sustainable supply chains. She was selected for her clear vision, global mindset, and strong alignment between her experiences and future goals.

Crystal Rodriguez
Crystal is driven by a clear purpose to serve others through healthcare. Through hands-on training in emergency response and patient care, she developed both technical skill and the ability to perform under pressure. She plans to pursue a career as a surgical nurse, where precision and compassion are critical. She was selected for her discipline, demonstrated commitment to healthcare, and her ability to pair technical excellence with genuine compassion.

Alisson Vargas-Nieto
Alisson turned early exposure to healthcare into a focused career path grounded in hands-on learning and real hospital experience. From taking vital signs to working alongside nurses, she built both confidence and practical skill. She plans to pursue a degree in biology and continue into the medical field, with a focus on helping children. She was selected for her resilience, growth mindset, and strong commitment to advancing her education through real-world experience.
